ðŋ Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Hawaii and Alaska, as well as Canada and select international destinations. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
International customers: Please be aware that you are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are outside of our control.
ðĶ Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1â2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
ð Shipping Carriers & Methods
We ship using a variety of carriers â including USPS, UPS, and FedEx â depending on your location and the nature of your order. The best available option will be selected at the time of fulfillment to ensure your plants arrive safely and as quickly as possible.
ð Year-Round Shipping
We ship all year long, regardless of season. Because we're sending living plants, we take extra care in how we package every order to protect them during transit. However, please be aware that extreme weather conditions in your region â heat waves, freezes, or severe storms â can affect delivery times and plant condition once a package is in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for weather-related delays or damage once a package has been handed off to the carrier.
ðą Our Plants in Transit
All plants â whether rooted or cuttings â are carefully packaged to minimize stress during shipping. Please open your order promptly upon arrival, as plants can deteriorate quickly when confined. Give your new plant a little time to acclimate after its journey; some minor leaf drop or stress is normal and not a sign of a lasting problem.
ðŠī Damaged or Dead on Arrival
We stand behind every plant we ship. If your plant arrives damaged or dead, we will send you a free replacement â no questions asked.
To qualify for a replacement, please:
- Photograph your plant within 48 hours of delivery. Photos should clearly show the condition of the plant and packaging.
- Email us at theplantcovenco@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
Replacements are subject to availability. If the exact item is out of stock, we'll work with you to find the best alternative.
Please note: We are unable to issue replacements for plants that show signs of improper care after delivery (overwatering, frost exposure, etc.) or for delays caused by an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
